Entourage Desktop setup

Build your first Desktop stage.

These instructions apply to the released Windows desktop application, not the developing Entourage Online Studio. Updates install over the existing application while user layouts, presets, and preferences remain in the Windows user profile.

1. Install

Download the current installer from the Entourage release card, run it, and launch Entourage from its installed shortcut.

2. Create a Character Viewer

Use the green plus in the toolbar. Expand Character Viewer, then add a Jane or John preset. A viewer is a canvas position that can switch among the independent presets stored inside it.

3. Customize and voice the character

Expand Appearance to choose a model, skin tone, and hair, eye, and clothing colors. Expand Voice to search or filter the bundled voices and set pitch, speed, and volume.

4. Arrange the stage

Left-drag to move a viewer, drag its edges or corners to resize, middle-drag to pan the character, right-drag to rotate, and use the mouse wheel to zoom. Save the production from Layouts.

5. Connect live text

Open Chat Connections, choose Twitch, enter the channel, connect, and complete browser authorization. In Chat Routing, choose the default Character Viewer and character. Add specific username routes only when needed.

6. Add Entourage to OBS

Add the Entourage window to OBS using your working Windows capture and application-audio workflow. Position or crop the source, then hide the control panel if it should not appear in the production.

7. Learn every control

The complete operating guide covers layouts, multi-selection, routing, rewards, safety controls, pronunciation, persistence, and every major control-panel section.

Your configuration is local. Closing or updating Entourage does not intentionally replace your saved production settings.
